I played a pivotal role in the development of a brand-new, four-level commercial building housing offices, retail spaces, and a supermarket complex in Ponsonby. As a key contributor, my focus centered on the conceptualization of feature areas, visual presentation, and the establishment of a cohesive color scheme.
 

One of my primary responsibilities involved leading the feature area concept design, ensuring that these spaces served as captivating focal points within the overall design of the building. This encompassed envisioning and implementing unique and functional elements that added a distinctive character to the commercial complex.
 

In addition, my role extended to crafting compelling visual presentations that effectively communicated the design vision to stakeholders, clients, and team members. These presentations served as a crucial tool in conveying the aesthetic and functional aspects of the project, contributing to a shared understanding among all involved parties.
