I played an integral role in the comprehensive fit-out of the Department of Labour's new offices, spanning across four levels. A key emphasis of the project was the creation of diverse and inviting spaces within the Staff Hub, offering a range of lunch break-out experiences that are both relaxing and intimate.

Within the Staff Hub, various seating zones were strategically designed to cater to different preferences, ensuring a dynamic and enjoyable environment for employees during their breaks. This thoughtful approach aimed to enhance the overall well-being of the workforce by providing a variety of spaces for relaxation.

In my capacity, I took a lead role in curating the material, color, and texture palette for the entire project. The chosen palette, though rich, was meticulously balanced to avoid overwhelming the space. This balance not only contributed to a visually pleasing environment but also created a harmonious atmosphere that positively impacted the overall workplace experience.

Specifically, my involvement extended to the detailed curation of the color scheme, materials, and finishes on different levels of the project. This ensured a cohesive and integrated design throughout the four levels, maintaining a consistent aesthetic while catering to the unique requirements of each floor.
