In collaboration with esteemed firms FJMT and designTRIBE, I played a pivotal role in the design process for the Auckland War Memorial Museum. Tasked with creating immersive and functional spaces, my focus extended to furniture layouts tailored for various experiences within the museum.

My responsibilities encompassed crafting layouts for general visitor settings, banquet modes, function and event spaces, school visits, and pop-up retail modes. The furniture, integral to the visitor experience, was bespoke in design, requiring meticulous attention to detail. To bring these designs to life, collaboration with local furniture makers was essential.

The bespoke furniture was not only aesthetically pleasing but also met functional, robust, and durable criteria to cater to the diverse range of events hosted by the museum. This project not only demanded creativity but also a keen understanding of the museum's diverse needs, resulting in furniture that seamlessly blended into the museum's varied environments while maintaining durability and functionality.
